Logistics & trade terms

Everything about loading, documents and payment on one page — in plain language, without padded promises. Where a term still depends on your destination country, we say so instead of inventing a number.

Container loading

20GP — bulky lines

Suits floor mats and trunk liners. We send the carton and CBM loading sheet before you book.

40HQ — mixed load

Best for mixing seat covers, mats and liners; the CBM split per SKU is written down.

LCL — less than container

For first or trial orders. We show the real LCL cost against waiting for a full container, so you choose.

From order to arrival

  1. You send models, quantity and target price
  2. We reply with a written quote: MOQ, lead time, loading plan
  3. Sample or first article approved
  4. Deposit received, production scheduled
  5. Pre-shipment check and packing photos
  6. Loading, sailing, tracking reference sent

Shipping questions

Can the first order ship LCL?

Yes, and we send an LCL versus full-container cost comparison so you decide.

Who issues the certificate of origin?

We arrange it and send the scan before sailing. Legalisation depends on your country.

Can several SKUs share one shipping mark?

Yes. Send the mark artwork; it goes on the cartons and onto the packing list.

Send models and quantity for a written loading plan

Send your vehicle models, the quantity per model and your target price. We reply within one business day with a container plan and a sample lead time.
