Privacy policy

What we collect

• Form data: company, contact name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, website, buyer type, target market, product interests, vehicle models, quantity, target price and your message.
• Technical data: IP address (only as an irreversible hash used for rate limiting), connection country and browser user agent.
• The page path the form was submitted from, and campaign attribution (UTM) where present.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. That is the primary purpose, and nothing else.
• To keep the forms free of automated spam (hashed IP plus content checks).
• To measure site performance in an aggregate, anonymous way.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months for commercial follow-up, then deleted or anonymised. Invoice records are kept for the period the law requires.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the list above.

We use one functional cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising trackers, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your data, unless accounting or legal rules require us to keep it.
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time.
